FAST SHIPPING ITEMS

For customers who have selected our Fast SHIPPING  option, please note that we will only provide Proof of Shipping. Tracking of your order will be available, and there is no risk that the product arrive. If you do not receive your order within 60 days, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and issue a refund, no questions asked.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

After your order has been processed, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and Shrydex.com cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Rest assured, we will always strive to deliver on or before the estimated delivery dates.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, potentially causing delays. Delays may also result from customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may affect the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most cases, orders will be delivered by your local postal service and received with your regular mail. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how to collect your package.

Please note that we do not offer reshipping for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, or unavailability.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items. Shrydex.com cannot be held liable for items that are not accepted into your specific country.
